AWAA has recommended we go with the Ethiopia program instead. The Rwanda program is new and they think we may have some problems. Not sure whether or not to see this as a closed door, or just God's intervention leading us to another program. Please pray with us. I just wasn't prepared to get my heart broken, again.

Kelly, if it makes you feel any better...I was really nervous about you guys going with the Rwanda program for the same reasons. I feel MUCH more confident in Ethiopia's adoption program, and if we ever adopt again (assuming we survive the adoption we are dealing with right now!!)we will probably go with Ethiopia. It's a very established country as far international adoptions go. Any way, we've been praying for you guys and I feel like God is guiding you guys. As for a broken heart, it's international adoption. My hearts been broken for about 2 years now. But, I still believe with my whole heart that this will all be worth it in the end.
